  1. DUTIES OF THE USER

The User undertakes to provide real data and not to impersonate identities or organizations. If  the Owner identifies false information, he/she will proceed to exercise the clauses established in  the Terms and Conditions of the Website.

The data will be kept for the time strictly necessary for communication between the Owner and  the User, in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Panama, or at the explicit request of the User.

 

  1. REVOCABILITY

The User may request access to the stored data, request rectification or cancellation of the service, and/or explicitly limit the processing of their personal information.

 

The User must use the tools to stop receiving the information from   the Owner or through an email to the address at the end of this document. To exercise your rights of access, rectification and/or cancellation of the service, you must send a copy of your Panamanian ID card or passport.

 

The exercise of the User ‘s rights does not include any data that the Owner is obliged to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.

 

  1. AMENDMENTS TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

The Owner has the power to modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to new legislation, as well as industry practices.

These policies will remain in effect until they are modified and updates to them will be posted on the Website so that they can be reviewed by Users.
